Hi everyone.  Wow what a few weeks we have been having with this back to back 35+ days it has been just awful - thank goodness for air conditioning and fans I say, surely there must be some cooler days soon.

Anyhow today I would like to share  a card I made for one of my son's mates who has just turned 21 and as it happens can play the drums, so this Kenny K image Buggin Drummer was just perfect.

Also used are elements from Card Making Kit #3 (for men), Memory Box Dies - Distressed Tag & Virtuoso Music and Green Tara Burlap ribbon -coffee and Frayed Burlap Distress Ink Pad.  These are available to order and a whole lot more goodies via Bizzy Becs online store here.  The image was coloured with Copic Markers.

Picked Sweet

Happy New Year hope you all have had a great start to 2014 and had a wonderful Christmas.

There is a great challenge to welcome in 2014 over at Bizzy Becs this month "Anything Goes" so pop on over and join us.

For my card for this month I have had a play with distress stamp pads and a Whimsy Stamp called Picked Sweet.  I was inspired this month by a card I had seen in a Craft Stamper magazine so thought I would have a play.  I have also used Memory Box Die - hello.

Memory Box Dies Distress Ink Pads are a new pre order available at Bizzy Becs  together with lots of other yummy things to create with so check them out here, but you will have to be quick as pre orders close on 12th January.

I have also used Spica Pens on the design but unfortunately it doesn't show up very well in the photo.

Distress Ink Pad colours are: Salty Ocean,Victoria Velvet, Scattered Straw, Worn Lipstick, Mowed Lawn and Weathered Wood.
